Indus partnered and collaborated with Echo India for upskilling 5,000 nurses across Maharashtra & West Bengal on how to control infections and implementing COVID-19 best practices.
Indus played a pivotal role on this initiative with an aim to produce positive outcomes include providing program design advice, developing personalized content for future healthcare professionals, and conducting several studies on upskilling progress. The design and analytics aspect entails offering program design services, analytics, and communications strategies. Building several nursing partnerships is an essential aspect of this program. Partnerships help in creating good relations that can enhance upskilling programs. Program management is also a significant aspect in this field in that throughout the project's implementation; Indus offered competent and tenacious project management skills.
2022 and future years in terms of opportunities, Indus aims to provide an instant positive influence on the healthcare system, with the trust developed with the nurses, and the good teamwork between the respective companies, there is a present chance to improve AMR [Antimicrobial Resistance] initiatives that can benefit both the healthcare system and the participating nurses. The Indus program is a good program that will benefit India's rural and urban populations.
